Construction:

The electric motor, housed in the casing, is powered by a 220V/50Hz single-phase network. For motor cooling, two centrifugal fans are installed, rotating on both sides of the shaft. A capacitor is mounted on the casing for smooth motor start-up.

The rotational movement of the drive shaft is transmitted to the crank mechanism via a connecting rod, which drives the piston in a reciprocating motion.

To achieve the required compression, the compressor is equipped with special seals made of heat-resistant material. During the downward stroke of the piston, the chamber is depressurized, causing the intake valve to open. The chamber is filled with air from the atmosphere through the air filter. When the piston begins to rise, the pressure in the chamber increases, closing the intake valve. The compressed air first enters the chamber and then moves along the line.

The compression and intake chambers are separated by a special cover design, which is a steel plate with brass plates and gaskets, dividing the chamber into compression and intake sections.

An air inlet (INLET) with a 3/4″ external thread is screwed into the air filter, which has a corrosion-resistant coating to protect against dust and air contaminants.
