structure

The electric motor, located in the housing, is powered by an alternating current network with a voltage of 220V/50Hz. To cool the engine, there are 2 fans mounted on the shaft from both ends. A capacitor is mounted on the side of the case, necessary to start the electric motor. The rotational movement of the motor shaft is transmitted by an eccentric mechanism to the reciprocating piston.
To ensure the necessary compression, the compressor pistons are equipped with annular Teflon seals made of heat-resistant material. During the lowering of the piston, a vacuum is created, due to which the discharge chamber valve closes, the suction chamber valve opens, and air from the atmosphere through the air filter is sucked into the cylindrical cavity under the piston. When the piston begins to rise, the pressure in the cavity rises, so the suction chamber valve closes, the discharge chamber valve opens and compressed air enters first into it and then into the discharge line. The suction and discharge chambers are formed thanks to a special cover design, a steel partition with spring-loaded valves and a figured rubber gasket that separates and seals the chambers. An air filter with a pleated element is screwed into the suction port (INLET) with a ¼” thread, which traps dust and other air contaminants.
The following are screwed into the holes of the injection chamber (OUTLET):
– indicating pressure gauge (MP) with a measurement range of 0-10 bar;
– adjustable relief valve;
– an angular fitting for connection of the air pipeline with a diameter of 6 mm.
