Disc filters are a type of mechanical filter designed for removing insoluble impurities from water. These devices are widely used in residential, industrial and agricultural applications, replacing the screen filters previously used for the mechanical treatment of water. Compared with screen filters, disc filters feature higher throughput and greater flexibility of the operational element.
Description
Based on these filters, systems of various capacities with automatic backwashing of disc elements can be assembled. Backwashing is performed automatically via switching three-way hydraulic valves according to the signal from a programmable controller.
The delivery set includes a disc filter housing and a 130 µm filter element.
