The 4″ stainless steel membrane housing (with seam) HF-SUS 304-4040 is used in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems as a pressure vessel that accommodates a standard 4040 (reverse osmosis membrane) or NE 4040 (nanofiltration membrane) membrane element. This housing is designed to accommodate one membrane element.
Description
Operating Conditions:
- The clamp must be tightened tightly, but note that excessive tightening can lead to cracks in the end caps.
- Replace all necessary elements simultaneously.
- Before maintenance, thoroughly clean the inside of the housing to avoid injury.
- Do not use the housing with other types of structures.
- Do not overtighten the water inlet/outlet ports, as this can lead to rupture of the ports.
- This housing is not designed for operation under vacuum.
